Beachhead unveils AI-driven ComplianceEZ 2.0 for MSPs
Beachhead Solutions has launched ComplianceEZ 2.0, an updated compliance management product for managed service providers (MSPs) within its BeachheadSecure for MSPs platform.
The release is positioned as a broader compliance lifecycle system for MSPs managing multiple customer environments, combining policy and control enforcement with education, documentation, scoring, and alerts.
ComplianceEZ 2.0 is included in BeachheadSecure for MSPs at no additional cost. BeachheadSecure for MSPs is Beachhead's cloud-managed endpoint and device security platform for service providers.
What's new
The update adds an AI-powered chatbot to guide users on regulatory requirements and control descriptions. It also expands reporting and operational features for ongoing assessment and evidence gathering.
ComplianceEZ 1.0 mapped BeachheadSecure's 68 software controls to more than 600 cybersecurity compliance requirements. ComplianceEZ 2.0 extends that approach and adds tools to track posture over time.
The platform generates audit-ready documentation and produces reports for regulatory audits, cyber insurance applications, and supply chain security questionnaires. MSPs can also document how they meet controls using third-party tools and custom implementations alongside Beachhead's controls.
Another addition is real-time compliance scoring, which shows the percentage of client devices meeting each required control. The scoring is evidence-based and is designed to highlight where devices fall short.
ComplianceEZ 2.0 also includes automated alerts when environments drop below defined thresholds. Administrators can set per-control thresholds-such as requiring 99% of devices to maintain encryption-and receive notifications when a client falls below that level.
Framework coverage
Beachhead lists support for multiple mandates and frameworks, including CMMC Levels 1 and 2, the FTC Safeguards Rule, HIPAA, ISO 27001, CIS, NIST CSF, NIST 800-171, PCI DSS, and Cyber Essentials.
Demand for compliance services has risen as more customers face audits, security questionnaires, and requirements from insurers and supply chain partners. In response, vendors have increasingly bundled compliance reporting and workflow into endpoint and security management products.
"Compliance isn't a one-and-done checkbox exercise, particularly amid rapidly changing requirements from CMMC to HIPAA to FTC Safeguards and beyond," said Cam Roberson, vice president of channel at Beachhead Solutions. "ComplianceEZ 2.0 gives MSPs what they need to understand these complex regulations, document and prove cybersecurity compliance, and manage it all continuously. No other solution combines enforcement, education, and ongoing management for MSPs this way, and we're including it at no additional cost to show just how valuable this differentiation can be."
Channel impact
Beachhead framed the release around MSP service delivery, with a focus on multi-tenant operations and repeatable reporting. The product is designed to measure compliance status across device fleets and present the results as customer-ready outputs.
One MSP customer, Dispatch Tech, said the product supports sales conversations about regulated requirements and proof of control implementation.
"We started using BeachheadSecure for MSPs because it checked so many CMMC and compliance framework boxes right out of the gate, and that was a big selling point for our practice," said Aaron Wyant, president of Dispatch Tech, a San Diego-based MSP. "What's great is that Beachhead listened to partners like us and built out the documentation and management tools we needed to actually prove and maintain that compliance around the clock. For our regulated clients, ComplianceEZ allows us to maintain the necessary levels of compliance and documentation as it relates to the endpoint security services we're already providing. That gives us real, demonstrable value without adding complexity to our stack."
Underlying platform
ComplianceEZ 2.0 is integrated into BeachheadSecure for MSPs, which enforces security and access controls across PCs, Macs, USB storage, phones, tablets, and servers. Beachhead describes the platform as using layered encryption and access controls for managed environments.
Beachhead also highlighted "least-access privilege" protection, which it says is intended to prevent unauthorised data access at the individual and departmental level.
Beachhead expects ComplianceEZ 2.0 to be used for ongoing compliance management, with posture tracked continuously and alerts triggered when device populations fall outside defined standards.
