Celonis reveals customers have unlocked USD $8.1 billion using Enterprise AI

Tue, 4th Nov 2025

Celonis has reported that its customers have collectively unlocked USD $8.1 billion in value by using Enterprise AI and Process Intelligence.

During its Celosphere 2025 conference in Munich, the company revealed that 300 customers, referred to as 'Value Achievers,' have each recorded more than USD $1 million in realised value thanks to the adoption of its platform. In addition, over 100 'Value Champions' have each secured more than USD $10 million in value.

The Process Intelligence Platform from Celonis is designed to help organisations create a digital representation of their operations, called the Process Intelligence Graph.

This tool spans across various systems, departments, and partners, providing businesses with the capability to analyse, design, and operate autonomous processes using artificial intelligence.

Alex Rinke, Co-Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Celonis, commented on the state of AI investment for enterprises.

"We see so many organisations struggling to get a return on their AI investments," said Alex Rinke, Celonis co-CEO and co-founder, during his keynote address.
"This often happens because they're thinking about 'Enterprise AI' as a technology. In reality, it's the strategic discipline of infusing AI into every part of their operations. This is what Celonis and our partners help our customers do. We give their AI the context it needs. We guide them to deploy it in the right places. And, we enable them to make it work with everything else they're doing."

Celonis' platform offers businesses the ability to implement and manage AI-driven processes. The company believes that providing operational context greatly enhances the efficiency and outcomes of AI deployments in the enterprise sector.

According to the company, its open platform and broad partner ecosystem are key drivers of customer results.

The Celonis Process Intelligence Platform integrates with existing software and workflows. A network of service and technology partners also extend the platform's capabilities, providing AI-powered, modular solutions to address various operational needs.

Customer adoption

Several multinational organisations have realised substantive benefits from the deployment of Celonis solutions.

Mercedes-Benz Group AG has enhanced its delivery performance and decision-making speed since adopting the platform. Vinmar, a plastics and chemicals distributor, transformed the Order-to-Cash process for its USD $3 billion business unit, automating it into what the company describes as an intelligent operation.

Energy company Uniper has used Celonis in collaboration with Microsoft to implement AI across its operations, supporting complete process orchestration.

The Process Intelligence Platform is described by Celonis as creating a "living digital twin" of business operations, helping companies gain greater transparency and facilitating ongoing operational improvements.

The system integrates process data and business information, with the aim of helping companies understand how their operations function in reality and drive measurable changes.

Celonis is headquartered in Munich and New York, with a network of more than 20 offices worldwide, providing support for companies in various industries as they manage operational data and deploy AI in enterprise contexts.

The company's focus remains on helping customers integrate AI meaningfully, with an emphasis on long-term value realisation rather than short-term technology adoption.
