Kynd strengthens leadership team for EMEA & US growth
CYBER risk management provider KYND has expanded its leadership team with two strategic hires aimed at bolstering its growth across the EMEA and US markets.
Nadji Raib has joined the organisation as Vice President of Sales for EMEA, where he will be based in the London office. His role will involve identifying opportunities for growth within existing markets and spearheading expansion into new territories.
"Instantly I could see the value proposition KYND offers in managing and remediating cyber risk," Raib commented. "One of the reasons I've joined lies in their tailored approach to meeting specific customer challenges and needs. KYND seeks to ensure we truly partner with customers and become part of their processes, rather than just an added tool in their cyber security arsenal. I'm determined to lead the EMEA effort in this sense.
"I'm delighted to join KYND, working with such an incredibly talented team and representing their award-winning portfolio of solutions, and to have the opportunity to work with our many wonderful clients and partners.
"I'm truly excited about our expansion plans in EMEA, where we aim to deliver a new kind of cyber risk management, enabling organisations to take a proactive and comprehensive approach to their cyber resilience," he added.
In the United States, Jeff Foley has been appointed as Head of Research. His role will include working with the product and engineering teams to further KYND's capabilities in delivering cyber threat intelligence and developing new methods for managing risk.
Foley brings a background of two decades in applied research and development, security assessment, and IT infrastructure protection. "I'm a firm believer in equipping organisations with the visibility and analytics tools they need to make data-driven decisions to support information security and guard against cyber risks, which are constantly changing," he said.
"I'm excited to join KYND and look forward to the challenge of assisting a company which is already a leader in offering actionable cyber risk intelligence to extend KYND's unique capabilities and insights and further its horizons," he continued.
Melanie Hayes, Chief Operating Officer and co-founder of KYND, also commented on the strategic hires. "At KYND, we're committed to bringing the best talent on board to accelerate the adoption of accurate, actionable cyber risk intelligence, helping organisations worldwide change the entrenched approach to cyber risk management and combat evolving threats," Hayes stated.
"Jeff's expertise in building and operationalising threat intelligence will be instrumental in shaping the next era of cyber risk management. Nadji brings a deep understanding of cyber risk, combined with effective leadership in driving global business growth, which will be invaluable as we seek to expand into new markets," she observed.
KYND's suite of cyber risk management solutions offers immediate, real-time insights into exposure at both the company and portfolio levels. The solutions support businesses, insurance underwriters, brokers, advisors, and investment managers in understanding, monitoring, and mitigating cyber risks effectively.
