Red Alpha Singapore and nuKudo have combined under a new brand, Aleph, bringing the two technology workforce businesses together under a single global identity.

The combined business will offer recruitment, training, workforce deployment, professional services and artificial intelligence-related consulting for employers seeking technology staff.

Red Alpha Singapore was established in Singapore in 2021, while nuKudo expanded the model into the United States in 2024. The merged brand targets organisations seeking workers in artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, cloud and DevOps, software engineering, data engineering and network infrastructure.

Aleph plans to serve both employers and jobseekers through a single structure. For employers, this includes assessment and training services, staffing and customised workforce programmes. For candidates, aptitude testing rather than formal qualifications is the main entry point into its programmes.

Dean Gefen, Group Chief Executive Officer of Aleph, linked the launch to changes in how companies are adopting new technology.

"Artificial intelligence is fundamentally changing how organizations operate, but technology alone does not create transformation," Gefen said. "Organisations need professionals who can turn innovation into real business outcomes. By bringing Red Alpha Singapore and nuKudo together, Aleph expands our ability to build those capabilities on a global scale while creating meaningful opportunities for individuals ready to pursue careers in technology."

Workforce model

Aleph positions itself as a provider that develops workers for clients rather than simply sourcing existing candidates from the market. It says conventional recruitment often overlooks people who lack standard credentials but have the analytical and problem-solving skills needed for technical roles.

Its model offers selected candidates paid employment from the start, sponsored practical training, industry certifications, mentoring and placements lasting three years. The company says about 85 per cent of accepted candidates are changing careers and 70 per cent begin without a traditional information technology background.

Aleph assesses people on aptitude rather than CV history. It says this is intended to widen access to technology jobs for recent graduates, mid-career changers and others seeking entry into cybersecurity, software engineering, cloud, data and artificial intelligence.

Service range

The combined group's portfolio includes Select, Train, Deploy; Assessment as a Service; In House Talent Engine; Professional Services; Staffing Plus; Custom Workforce Solutions; Agentic Solutions; and Artificial Intelligence Workforce Transformation.

Aleph also develops specialist positions such as Forward Deployed Engineers and Forward Integration Engineers. Those roles are designed to help employers move artificial intelligence projects from trial phases into day-to-day business use.

The company enters the market with operational experience drawn from both predecessor businesses. Its combined track record includes more than 35,000 candidates assessed, 3,000 professionals trained, 500 associates deployed and a network of 90 trainers.

Aleph also reports a 2 per cent acceptance rate for applicants and a 95 per cent client retention rate. Red Alpha Singapore has previously worked with organisations including Accenture and ST Engineering, and received the SGTech Impact Award for Workforce Transformation.

International footprint

The new brand says it has experience across Southeast Asia, the United States, Europe and the Middle East and North Africa. The consolidation under Aleph is intended to support broader international operations and give clients a single point of access to its workforce and training services.

Alongside the rebrand, the company has launched a new global website presenting its employer services and career pathways on one platform. The name Aleph is drawn from the first letter of the Hebrew alphabet.
