LeapXpert & Iron Bow partner to secure US government messaging
LeapXpert has formed a strategic partnership with Iron Bow Technologies to provide secure and compliant digital communication solutions for United States government agencies. The collaboration aims to support federal efforts to modernise communication while adhering to strict regulatory and cybersecurity requirements.
Compliance challenges
Government agencies face increasing pressure to balance the adoption of new communication tools with the need to meet stringent standards. Platforms such as Microsoft Teams, SMS, and WhatsApp are in wide use, but ensuring these channels are secure, discoverable, and compliant with records management and cybersecurity regulations remains a significant challenge. Federal mandates such as NIST 800-53 and the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) outline specific controls that agencies must observe.
Platform integration
