CrowdStrike expands ties with Dynatrace & CoreWeave
Mon, 2nd Nov 2026 (Today)
CrowdStrike has announced partnerships with Dynatrace and CoreWeave, extending its reach in observability software and cloud infrastructure for artificial intelligence workloads.
The Dynatrace agreement centres on three integrations between the CrowdStrike Falcon platform and Dynatrace's observability and log management products. The links are intended to help security teams investigate threats across application, infrastructure and log data without duplicating large volumes of telemetry between systems.
The arrangement targets a long-running problem in corporate security operations, where organisations often ingest and store logs in multiple tools for detection, investigation and performance monitoring. The approach uses federated search, shared security and operational context, and more flexible telemetry routing.
The first integration lets Falcon search Dynatrace observability and log telemetry directly. The second brings CrowdStrike endpoint security telemetry into Dynatrace alongside application and infrastructure data. The third uses Bindplane by Dynatrace to route logs and telemetry between the two systems.
Both companies are also deploying each other's technology in their own environments, suggesting the partnership will be used internally as well as sold to customers.
Daniel Bernard, Chief Business Officer at CrowdStrike, set out the company's view of the market.
"The archaic SIEM platforms of yesteryear were built to collect data, not stop breaches," Bernard said.
"They've turned security into a tax on data. CrowdStrike and Dynatrace are flipping that model on its head. We're bringing together best-in-class AI-native cybersecurity and observability to help customers move faster, spend less, and own their enterprise data destinies."
Steve McMahon, Chief Customer Officer at Dynatrace, said the partnership reflects growing overlap between operations monitoring and cyber defence as companies rely more heavily on automated systems.
"As AI-driven enterprises evolve toward more agentic operations, security and observability need to work together, not in silos," McMahon said.
"By bringing together Dynatrace's logs and observability data with CrowdStrike's industry-leading AI-powered cybersecurity, we're giving customers the shared context they need to make faster decisions, automate with greater confidence, and accelerate progress toward autonomous operations."
AI cloud security
CrowdStrike's second announcement expands its relationship with CoreWeave, a cloud provider focused on AI workloads. Under the arrangement, CoreWeave will offer CrowdStrike Falcon platform protection and managed security services to customers running production AI systems on its cloud.
The offering combines several CrowdStrike products aimed at cloud and workload protection. They include Falcon Cloud Security for visibility across cloud workloads, containers and GPU clusters; Falcon Adversary OverWatch for round-the-clock threat hunting; Falcon Complete Cloud Security for managed detection and response; and CrowdStrike Elite Support.
The partnership reflects a broader market shift as AI development moves from experimentation to production systems that support revenue-generating or operationally important tasks. That increases the value of the models, training data and infrastructure involved, making them more attractive targets for attackers.
Bernard linked the CoreWeave tie-up to that shift in risk.
"Production AI is becoming mission-critical, and adversaries know it," Bernard said.
"CoreWeave powers some of the world's most advanced AI. CrowdStrike secures where it runs. Together, we're bringing the same protection trusted by the world's leading enterprises to the AI cloud platform powering the AI revolution, delivered at the source."
Jon Jones, Chief Revenue Officer at CoreWeave, said security has become a central customer requirement as AI systems are deployed more widely.
"The world's most demanding AI workloads require a platform built for performance, scale, and security," Jones said.
"Security is engineered into CoreWeave Cloud from the ground up. By bringing CrowdStrike Falcon protection and 24/7 managed security expertise to our cloud, we're giving customers the security they need to move AI into production with confidence. Our work with CrowdStrike, including supporting SafeMind training and inference, reflects a shared commitment to advancing both AI infrastructure and cybersecurity."
Broader push
Taken together, the two partnerships show CrowdStrike trying to position itself across adjacent parts of the technology stack rather than remaining confined to endpoint and cloud security. One deal links its security telemetry more closely with observability and log analysis, while the other places its products deeper into cloud environments used for AI training and inference.
They also reflect two active spending areas for technology buyers. Security teams are reassessing the cost of storing and analysing ever-growing volumes of machine data, while companies building AI services are looking for ways to protect GPU-heavy infrastructure, sensitive models and associated intellectual property.
CoreWeave already supports training and inference for CrowdStrike SafeMind, the cybersecurity company's family of security models and related systems. That existing relationship gives the expanded agreement a direct operational link between CrowdStrike's own AI work and the infrastructure on which it runs.
