Silobreaker unveils Tickets for enhanced team collaboration

Yesterday

Silobreaker has announced the launch of Tickets, a new workflow management feature designed to enhance the efficiency and collaboration of cyber intelligence teams.

Tickets is tailored for threat intelligence teams, offering capabilities that allow management and fulfilment of intelligence requirements across cyber, geopolitical, and physical security domains. It operates with AI-driven insights to help prioritise and manage both incoming Requests for Information (RFI) and outbound incidents.

The feature draws upon Silobreaker's extensive coverage, including open sources, the deep and dark web, and finished intelligence reports. This integration provides an enhanced platform for intelligence teams to engage and collaborate effectively within their units.

In his statement, Kristofer Mansson, Chief Executive Officer of Silobreaker, said, "Silobreaker is designed to support every stage of the intelligence cycle - from requirements management, data collection and processing to analysis, intelligence production and dissemination. Our new feature, Tickets, ties together the workflows across these steps, enabling teams to work more efficiently and enhance communication and the feedback loop with their stakeholders."

Tickets also provides functionality for creating custom tags, which align work with Priority Intelligence Requirements (PIRs) and stakeholder needs. This customisation supports seamless dissemination of intelligence products to stakeholders while integrating smoothly with existing enterprise processes.

The new feature leverages an advanced analytics engine to efficiently extract entities from RFIs, enabling analysts to access relevant search results more swiftly from any request content. This reduces time spent on contextualising requests and aids in delivering actionable insights more rapidly.

Tickets connects with Silobreaker's proprietary Context and Summarise AI features. The 'Context' tool provides real-time overviews of the latest intelligence on a wide array of entities, facilitating quicker investigations. Meanwhile, 'Summarise' allows users to extract intelligence, draft assessments, and seamlessly incorporate these into Tickets for immediate actionability.

By aligning intelligence production closely with PIRs and stakeholders, Tickets facilitates the generation of data that can inform Outcome-Driven Metrics (ODM) about team performance, PIR alignment, response times, and the impact of threat intelligence on security outcomes.

Tickets is currently available to all Silobreaker users, offering an opportunity for cyber intelligence teams to improve their workflow management and output quality.
